REFUND POLICY
Refunds for paid web sessions.
A $2.99 payment unlocks clean exports in the same browser for 24 hours from verified payment. It is a one-time digital session, not a subscription.
Effective October 6, 2026. Passport Print Studio is operated under the SlickNext brand.
When to request help or a refund
Please contact support through slicknext.com if a payment was duplicated, a verified payment never activated the session, or a service failure prevented clean exports during the paid period. Requests made within 7 days of the charge are easiest to investigate.
Completed digital sessions
Because access starts immediately after payment confirmation, payments are generally final once the session has activated and clean export service has been delivered. This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.
Refund effect on access
A refund or payment dispute revokes paid export access. Previously downloaded files remain on the device or destination where you saved them.
What to include
Provide the approximate purchase time and a description of the problem. Do not send passport photos, a full card number, passwords, or secret credentials. Stripe and Passport Print Studio records can be used to locate the transaction.
