Editing, watermarked previews and clean-file rendering stay in your browser. After payment is verified and you approve an export, only the already-prepared final JPG, PNG or PDF bytes pass through the paid-access gateway and return to your browser.

What is transferred for a clean export

After payment is verified and you check the per-export consent box, the browser first creates the final clean JPG, PNG or PDF locally. Only that finished file is sent through the access gateway, which re-verifies the same browser's paid session and returns the exact bytes. Source photos, crop coordinates and edit recipes are not sent to the gateway.

The gateway does not intentionally store exported file bytes. Hosting providers can still process ordinary network and security metadata such as IP address, browser details, request size and timing.

Payments and session records

Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Passport Print Studio does not receive your full card number. The browser keeps secure HttpOnly session and checkout cookies; the Cloudflare gateway validates the Checkout Session, Price, Product, amount, currency, payment status, refund/dispute state and 24-hour expiry directly with Stripe whenever access is checked.

The free-tier gateway does not maintain a customer entitlement database. Stripe retains transaction records under its own policies and legal obligations.

Cookies

The paid web app uses an HttpOnly same-site session cookie so the server can recognize the browser that purchased the 24-hour session. It is not an advertising or analytics cookie. Access is tied to that browser and expires on the server even if browser state is changed.

Analytics and advertising

The paid app does not add advertising trackers or behavioral analytics. If that changes, this notice will be updated before the new collection is introduced.
